Can I upgrade my theme to the All Themes Package?
Yes, if you have purchased a theme from us within the last 30 days, you can upgrade by paying the difference between your current product and the one you want. For more details contact us directly.
What happens when my license expires?
If you do not renew your license, you will no longer have access to download themes, updates or receive technical support. You are free to continue using the themes for as long as you like on your websites. All licenses can be renewed after 12 months at a reduced rate.
How often are your themes updated?
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the theme.
How do annual renewals work?
WordPress receives major updates multiple times per year (in addition to smaller maintenance and security updates), so we’re always keeping our themes up-to-date, compatible – and adding in new features too. This ongoing value we provide, in addition to our continued support access, is why we charge for annual renewals. You can cancel at any time, but you’ll need to keep an active subscription to receive theme updates.
Do you provide Dummy Content from your demos?
Yes, our themes include 1-Click Demo Content Importer which allows you to setup the theme quickly as in the demo.
What kind of support do you offer?
With the purchase of a Theme or All Themes Package you get full access to our Documentation, Tutorials and Support Desk sections. Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via tickets, which is the best place to get quick and detailed answers to your questions.
